Since its creation in 1990, Clark Service Group has operated out of our 10,000 square foot Smoketown, PA location. With rapid growth within the last 5 years, the company simply outgrew its old shell and needed to upgrade into our brand new, 25,000 square foot, state of the art facility in Lancaster, PA. In addition to the many benefits the move has brought to the employees of CSG, the upgrade also generated many advantages for our customers.
Double the Warehouse Space We have more than doubled our warehouse space. This gives us the ability to stock a much larger quantity of parts and equipment to ensure that our customers needs are met faster, and more efficiently. Increased Staging Capabilities With the added space, we are able to stage mass quantities of equipment for our convenience store customers, freeing up their job site and organizing everything they need in one convenient space. |
State of the Art Dispatching Technology Due to the technological capabilities of our new office, our dispatch team can dispatch our service and installation technicians more efficiently and effectively, decreasing our response time. Larger Dispatch Team The added office space has allowed us to add two more members to our dispatch team. This increases our service area and drastically improves our customer service capabilities. |
